G & T Anyone?

A small group of us spent a fun & informative afternoon at Conker Distillery in Southbourne. We learnt all about how Dorset’s first gin producer distill their gins with locally grown & sourced botanicals - including gorse from Southbourne’s cliff top and samphire from Poole Harbour. The distillery also produces a Conker Coffee Liqueur using ethically sourced coffee. We sampled a variety of different gins and were instructed on tasting techniques. The tour was followed by the Friday Cocktail O’Clock and we took the opportunity to have another drink. The Espresso Martini, made with Conker Coffee Liqueur is highly recommended!
