Welcome to Absolutely WI

Ferndown's very own branch of the Women’s Institute.

We are a WI with a modern twist, a team of ladies who stand for friendship, self-development and a mutual sense of belonging; all of the things which are good about the traditional WI.  

Absolutely WI seeks to provide members with interesting and enlightening talks, fun outings and numerous activities; including walking groups, book clubs, shopping trips and dining events.  

Our branch acts as a place for like minded ladies to meet old friends and make new ones, whilst pursuing activities as a group.   

Absolutely WI members span all ages and roles, from working Mums to retirees; each one bringing their own personal and diverse life experiences to the group.
 
Our committee is dedicated to providing a flexible WI which is responsive to the views of its members.
